Updating Your Profile: Common Questions

How do I change my mobile number in Rajasthan SSO?
Open Update Profile, click the pencil (edit) icon next to Mobile Number, enter the new number, and verify it with the OTP sent to you. The new number becomes your registered mobile.
Do I need an OTP to update my profile?
Yes. Changing your mobile number or email is verified by OTP, and when you click Update to save your changes you confirm with an OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
Can I change my Aadhaar or Jan Aadhaar in SSO?
No. Your Aadhaar (VID), Jan Aadhaar ID and Aadhaar Vault reference are linked from your identity records and are shown for reference only. To change those details, update them at the source (the Jan Aadhaar portal or UIDAI) and they reflect in SSO.
How do I change my SSO password?
Your password is not changed on the Update Profile form. Use Change Password in the same top-right menu, or if you cannot log in, reset it from Forgot Password.
What is the Sanstha Aadhaar Number (SAN)?
SAN is the institutional Aadhaar used by government employees. You can add it on the profile form using the pencil icon; it is also used when merging a Citizen ID into a Government Employee ID. See Delete or Merge.
