SSO ID Registration: Common Questions

Is creating an SSO ID free?
Yes. There is no charge to create an SSO ID. Most of the linked services are free too, or charge only the standard government fee for that service.
What do I need to register as a citizen?
A Jan Aadhaar number or a Google account, plus a mobile number and an email. For Jan Aadhaar, your mobile must be linked so you can receive the OTP.
Can I register without a Jan Aadhaar?
Yes. Citizens can register with a Google account instead. Businesses register with a BRN, and government employees register with their SIPF details.
I run a business. How do I register?
Choose the Udhyog (Business) option and enter your Business Registration Number (BRN) from the Department of Industries, then fill in your business details and create your SSO ID.
Can I have more than one SSO ID?
You normally keep one SSO ID per person or entity. If you end up with duplicates, you can merge them; see Delete or Merge.
After registering, how do I log in?
Use the SSO ID and password you just created on the Login page. The same single ID then works across all linked Rajasthan government services.
