Forgot Your SSO Password?
Reset your Rajasthan SSO ID password by SMS or through the portal. Here is what you need and the exact steps.
The fastest way is an SMS: text RJ SSO PASSWORD to 9223166166 from your registered mobile number, and a new password is sent back to you. The portal method is below too.
What You Need
Easiest Way: Reset Your Password by SMS
-
Prepare your registered mobile
Use the mobile number that is registered with your SSO account. The SMS must be sent from that number.
-
Send the SMS
Text RJ SSO PASSWORD (case-sensitive, single spaces between the words) to 9223166166.
-
Receive a new password
A new password is sent straight back to the same number by SMS.
Type RJ SSO PASSWORD exactly, in capitals, with single spaces. This SMS method works only if you have logged into the SSO portal at least once after 07/09/2018. Whichever method you use, you get a temporary password, so change it to your own once you log in.
Alternative: Reset via the SSO Portal
-
Open the portal and click Forgot Password
Go to sso.rajasthan.gov.in and, on the login page, click the Forgot Password option.
-
Enter your SSO ID or registered email or mobile

-
Receive and enter the OTP
An OTP is sent to your registered mobile and email. Enter it on the portal and validate.
-
Receive a temporary password
A new temporary password is sent to you by SMS or email.
-
Log in with the temporary password
Use the temporary password in the Digital Identity and password fields to sign in.
-
Change your password
Once you are logged in, set a new password of your own from your account settings.
